JEALOUSY AND STUPIDITIES OF EX TAX EXPERT
I have read your remarks together with some out of proportion comments from, who I assume are your delusional followers about the companies and Foundation.
I tried to respond to your queries by uploading my response to your web site; despite doing this three times my responses remained invisible. Why is that? Did you, Dan Neidle, censor this and prevent it being seen by others? Nobody can see my comments on your incredulous remarks which are complete "rubbish and garbage", as are those of your delusional followers.
On your website there is comment as follows: We welcome comments from readers, particularly where there are technical errors or omissions in our reports. Please try to keep the comments away from political and personal issues, and focussed on the topic of the article or report. Unfortunately we have to have some moderation to prevent spam; the first time you comment there will be a delay until your post is manually moderated; sometimes minutes; sometimes hours or even days). Once you’ve had a post accepted then all future posts should appear immediately. (therefore in layman's language that means you will moderate articles to be you wanted to be! Where is free speech?).
Since it was impossible for me to upload to your website (see image above), I have asked Foundation to try to upload part of my answer to you on their server what was quite a big tasks as their website is operated by 3rd party and not by Foundation and they have no access of any kind.
Let me introduce myself: I was one of the lawyers (Top Swiss Law Firm) working for the owner; I have also been a Special Advisor for the government for the last 12 years (not the UK gov).
Please be advised, your assumptions on this matter are very wrong. Starting with your theory about the registered office addresses. This is complete rubbish. In London you have registered offices for companies in a room 3.10 x 2.40m, not even 6m2, on the 2nd floor block of council flats which each have over £2bn assets. How many people are employed in these two companies? One - for each company.
You, as a former "tax expert” should be well aware which two companies I have in mind - they are close to Tory donors, same as you were for many years despite that in your TPA website is written:

You believe that your address is so unique? A registered office can be bought at your address for £33 per year. Because you are not physically present, is that the reason you prefer email and not letters?
In our offices in Switzerland, we still have in total 82,317 A4 pages of documents which clearly show no fraud. However, the question is how and who prepared them. We all know they were prepared by the auditors, that was confirmed, and they were paid for it.
You also made a point about "dormant accounts". The previous claimants who obtained the court order by dubious means are now defendants to 36 charges, which were served on behalf of the owner; they have requested an out of court settlement. How that was dealt, I am not at liberty to comment on. However, I can tell you that one of their requests was for dormant accounts to be submitted for the next two years.
Your remarks about the medications are even more bizarre and complete "garbage". The owner's team, as well the German pharmaceutical manufacturers, separately found out that AstraZeneca and Johnson Johnson had started copying their medication.
Here is now the tricky point for you:
You worked over 20 years at CLIFFORS CHANCE as "tax expert".
How bizarre, how outrageous, that the owner asked Dr Claudia Milbradt of CLIFFORD CHANCE to represent him and the foundation in a case against the above mentioned: AstraZeneca and Johnson Johnson.
That was back in December 2024. According to our data in the system, instruction was delivered by Special Delivery, Royal Mail, tracking number NY879979985GB. Not to mention emails, which copies are on file also in our offices in Switzerland.
The owner did not give instruction to us and allow us or his magic circle London's law firm to be involved - he asked Clifford Chance who are also "magic circle London" law firm.
Are you saying that you were not aware of this, that the owner asked your previous employer Clifford Chance for representation in this case?
Of course you knew, as your article came out not long after the instruction for representation was submitted at Clifford Chance HO. If I am not mistaken, all documents were marked as "Strictly Confidential" to recipient (Dr Claudia Milbradt).
Don't tell me you made the copies of Dr Milbradt personal post without permission? I don't wont to know. Even if you do it with her permission, the contents not to be disclosed, by no means at any point anywhere!

Due to the Christmas, delivery was delayed. I believe there was also Christmas & New Year card attached for Dr C Milbradt.
I apologise that you have not receive one however, if they still have any, I will ask them to post to you despite that we are in July already. Where would be convenient for Dan Niedle to get it? Which address?
Clifford Chance, your previous employer has been working on several cases for the above two companies, and also closely linked with the previous government, especially with Boris Johnson and his cabinet, therefore, we all were waiting what Cliffors Chance will do. We know the outcome.
Do you know what the outcome was?
I am aware that the owner passed a bundle of documents about the medication to Boris Johnson team when he was PM, which is where we all assumed the leakage of data came from. Personally, I would not be surprised.
Finally, do I need to mention the public secret that caused your early retirement (read: go out from Clifford Chance) because of the Askhata Murty case was just icing on a case of many others before. You remember her? She is the wife of the previous United Kingdom PM Rishi Sunak.
Only you, Dan Neidle, and a few others know what was behind this. I am not interested.
Ps: Not to mention that Dan Neidle statement that director made transfer of assets from companies to the Foundation were yet again huge failure of Dan Neidle like many others. Foundation was registered 2023 therefore, well before. Seems to me that the dates does not meaning much to you even if there is gap nearly two years.
