Scholarship total value per Annum:
The Zdenko Kos Foundation offers a wide range of scholarships with contribution from £5,000 up to £120,000 for the post-graduate students who are of special interest for the Zdenko Kos Foundation. These are unique offers however you have to apply on time and with all required documents for your application to be considered valid.

What to Include with Application?
FOR ALL APPLICANTS (Domestic or International):
Fulfil the application above. Once the application submitted make sure that you upload all necessary documents as follows:
- Your letter on A4, explaining in few words what your goals are and whatyou would like to achieve with adequate financial support
- Your CV to date with full name, address for the last 3 years, contact details (phone, mail)
- Colour picture resolution 1200px (same as for passport or driving licence)
- Copy of your ID (passport, driving licence)
- Copy of your last 3 school/university results
- Copy of the letter (invitation) from the university if you have one if not why not
- Imperative for INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS: you have to confirm in the letter (as above #1) your current status - VISA status. If you do not have a valid VISA we will secure the VISA for you for the entire program no matter how long needed. Your VISA will be dealt as well for the entire time (years) you will be working with us/ for us subject to agreement.

Offers Available
The Zdenko Kos Foundation participates in multiple Equity Scholarship (ES) offer rounds throughout the 2025-2026 admissions period. Students who have submitted an ES application via Zdenko Kos Foundation and are successful will receive a notification from the Zdenko Kos Foundation or an official offer letter from the Zdenko Kos Foundation or directly from the university Scholarships (note: in same events university may also make scholarship offers directly to successful applicants).
Equity Scholarship offers are made progressively during the Gateway Admissions Pathway and University Equity Scholarship rounds through to March 2026.
A limited number of Equity Scholarships may be available for T2 and T3, 2025. To be considered, you will need to submit an application via University Equity Scholarships in the 2025-2026 round from April 2025.
The Zdenko Kos Foundation will be participating in the following Equity Scholarship (ES) Offer Rounds for students commencing study at different Universities in Term 1, 2026:
- December Round 2: Apply by 11.59 pm Tuesday, 9 December 2025
- January Round 1: Apply by 11.59 pm Friday, 26 December 2025
Further offer rounds will be added throughout the year, therefore, please log time-to-time back for the most up-to-date information.
Fees you have to consider
In case if your school/ university requires deposit payment in advance you have to make this payment to us along with our fees:
1. If we are paying just a scholarship, our registration fees and other costs are £1,000, payable with application.
2. If we are paying for your accommodation, you have to pay us fees of £2,000 per university year, payable with application in which case you have to pay £3,000 with your application.
3. If your university (your or our choice) requires a deposit to be paid with application you have to pay the fee with application directly to us. If by any circumstances the university chosen does not approve your application, the accommodation fees and the university fees will be refunded in full.
4. There are other costs you have to pay in advance, such as for VISA, which has to be paid with application in advance. For different countries different fees apply. All payments towards VISA or any other government document are subject to non refund. Handling charges applies at any time, which depend on the country of your residency from where you are coming from.
All fees are paid to the account of ZKOS therefore, if you receive any other payment links do not make any payments to that links.
When do university application open for Domestic undergraduate students?
To apply to study with us at university of your or our choice, you will need to submit an application through the Zdenko Kos Foundation website. Applications for the Term 1 2025 intake are now open. View the 2025-2026 key dates, opens in a new window.
What are the entry requirements to study at university to be eligible for Zdenko Kos Foundation Scholarships, Grants or bursaries?
It all depends on the program you want to study, whether it’s undergraduate or postgraduate, or whether it’s a coursework degree or research degree. Normally, you need to meet both academic entry requirements and English language entry requirements to get an offer. However, some programs may have additional selection criteria.

My High School qualification is not accepted, how can I get into university?
You may want to explore our pathway programs offered by universities college, including Foundation studies programs, Diplomas and Academic programs. The pathway programs provide seamless transitions to different universities with a guaranteed spot in your preferred degree if you meet the required minimum requirements along with English requirements upon completion. Don’t delay your study plan and be prepared from today!
Is there an internship/placement opportunity with any university’s degrees?
The simple answer is yes. Depending on the degree you study, you may also be required to complete practical study units to finish your program. As a majority universities that produces the most employable graduates in the world, the universities we are working with, offers plenty of internship and work placement opportunities internally or externally in collaboration with our medical and pharmaceutical partners in Europe which enables students to gain real-world work experience while earning credits for their degree
Can I tranfer my credits from prior Study to a new university degree supported by Zdenko Kos Foundation?
If you gain entry into a program at new university by your or our choice, you may be eligible for credit for courses (subjects) studied at another institution, including university.

It all depends on the program you want to study, whether it’s undergraduate or postgraduate, or whether it’s a coursework degree or research degree. If you are having problems, simply switch the country that you obtained a secondary qualification in the “Entry requirements” section of the degree you want to apply on the degree page. (International Students) What are the English requirements to study in the UK or EU?
Taking English language tests is not the only way to meet our requirements. You may be eligible to apply for a waiver of English language requirements if you meet certain criteria listed on our website. Or you may choose to complete an Academic English program at one of University College before you start studying with university of your or our choice.
(International Students) Exams have been cancelled in my country. Do your financial packages accept predicted grades?
Yes, we do – but only for A Levels or the B Diploma results. The total predicted aggregate must be two points higher than the total final aggregate required for admission. Results must be printed on official school letterhead and include the institution stamp and signature of the Principal, Registrar or Academic Director. Results should be dated after 1 January for entry in Term 3 (September intake), and after 1 June for Term 1 (February intake).

(International Students) What scholarships are there for international students and how do I get one?

Students at high schools and universities of medicine and health care, science, mathematics, physics, chemistry and veterinary in the United Kingdom, Europe and international can apply for a single calendar year or for the entire period of study. If the financial package is approved, the student will be given temporary or permanent job with one of hospitals or medical facility we are working with in the UK or Europe. We’ll guarantee you best possible salaries and we’ll contribute to your accommodation.
